Shipping & Handling

We use the services of Australia Post  to send orders Australia wide. MJ Fragrances & Homewares ensures orders are packaged securely before sending. Pricing has been averaged by using Australia Post depending on each domestic service.

** At this time we are not offering a pickup or collection service even within the postcode. All orders will be sent via Australia Post with Delivery fees added on orders before payment. We apologise for the inconvenience, however due to other commitments (i.e other full time jobs, children etc.) we believe posting is faster & easier to get your orders to you.**

A few things to remember when we post our Homemade Items;

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery after dispatch. We cannot control the time it takes for delivery once dispatched.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
  • We can only ship within Australia.

Australia Post Delays

During these unprecedented times, our postal network can struggle to keep up with the multitude of parcels they receive, especially during state or local lockdowns. There is reports that, in some instances, it can be up to 4 weeks behind.

Please be aware of this when placing an order with us. MJ Fragrances & Homewares will dispatch your order in a timely matter, and supply tracking numbers for you to follow your delivery. But unfortunately, once a shipment has been sent, there is nothing we can do to get it to you any faster.

Australia Post are working vigorously in making sure all parcels are delivered as soon as possible and we appreciate their efforts with this & for doing their best to keep us safe during handling. No doubt they are working with less staff also, and this has to be taken into consideration.
