Warranty Claims

Where stated, our products, especially electrical, come with manufacturer’s warranty. We advise customers to consult the manufacturer’s user guide that is packaged with the unit when making a claim. This booklet contains the steps required to claim for warranty. If you no longer have the booklet, please contact us for screenshot.

Please have your MJ Fragrances & Homewares receipt or order number with you. If you do not have your receipt or order number, please contact us for a replacement.
